Bulk wine and wine material transport
Bulk wine and wine material transport means moving wine or wine material as a liquid in bulk — not in bottles or retail packaging — in food-grade equipment such as tankers, ISO tank containers or Flexitanks. Axis Logics organises this end to end by road, sea and multimodal: we select the right food-grade equipment for your product, coordinate loading and discharge, and manage the transport through a network of partner and subcontractor carriers. Tell us your product, volume and route and we come back with a solution and a price. Tel. +370 649 71149, sales@axislogics.eu.
Three ways we move bulk wine
Food-Grade Road Tanker
Road transport in food-grade tankers for bulk wine and wine material. Depending on the product, we can arrange insulated or temperature-managed tanks, heating, pump discharge and top or bottom loading. Food-grade cleaning and EFTCO cleaning documentation can be arranged where required, together with a check on the tank's previous-cargo history.
ISO Tank / Tank Container
Tank-container solutions for bulk liquid wine, suitable for road as well as sea and multimodal legs. ISO tanks combine the handling flexibility of a container with a food-grade bulk tank, which makes them a practical option for longer routes and mode changes.
Flexitank
Containerised liquid transport using flexitanks — a single-use food-grade bladder fitted inside a standard container. Flexitanks are well suited to one-way bulk shipments where a full tank container or road tanker is not the best fit.
What we need to quote your bulk wine shipment
Bulk liquid is an operational, detail-driven job. The more of the following you can give us up front, the faster and more accurate the solution and price:
- Product and its characteristics (wine or wine material, alcohol content, sensitivity).
- Quantity and density / specific gravity.
- Loading and discharge method (top or bottom loading, pump or gravity).
- Temperature or heating requirement during transport.
- Whether a pump is required at loading or discharge.
- Previous-cargo cleaning history and any required cleaning certificates.
- Route — origin and destination.
- Customs status of the cargo (EU, import or export, cross-trade).
Road, sea & multimodal
We combine modes to fit the route: road tanker for regional and continental legs, ISO tank and Flexitank for sea and multimodal moves, and combinations of the two where a shipment changes mode. We have particular strength to and from the Baltic States — Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia — and on Europe-to-Baltics lanes. Cross-trade is possible, so the cargo does not need to touch Lithuania: we can organise a shipment between two other countries directly.

Frequently asked questions
Both. We organise bulk wine and wine material transport by food-grade road tanker, ISO tank container and Flexitank. The right equipment depends on the volume, the route and whether the shipment moves by road, sea or multimodal.
Yes. Where the product requires it, we can arrange insulated or temperature-managed tanks and heating, together with pump discharge and top or bottom loading. Tell us the temperature requirement and we build it into the solution.
Food-grade cleaning and EFTCO cleaning documentation can be arranged where required, along with checks on the previous-cargo history of the tank. Please share your cleaning and certificate requirements when you request a quote.
